poppy seed desserts are truly delicious. the more poppy seed, the better. this cake contains no flour...just poppy seed, sugar, eggs and spices...and it is delicious...it was delicious :) i altered the original recipe a little.
postres de semillas de amapola son realmente deliciosos. mientras más semillas de amapola hay, es mejor. este pastel no contiene harina...solamente semillas de amapola, azúcar, huevos y especias...y es delicioso...era delicioso :) modifiqué la receta original un poco.
ingredients/ingredientes:
240 g ground poppy seed/semillas de amapola molidas
110 g powdered sugar/azúcar glas
80 g sugar/azúcar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon/cucharadita de canela molida
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves/cucharadita de clavos de olor molidos
1 teaspoon baking powder/cucharadita de royal
lemon zest from one lemon/ralladura de un limón
6 whole eggs/huevos enteros
4 egg whites/claras de huevo
2 tablespoons vegetable oil/cucharadas de aceite vegetal
in a large bowl, place the poppy seed, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon and cloves and baking powder.
en un tazón grande coloca las semillas de amapola, el azúcar glas, canela molida, clavos de olor molidos y royal.
mix it well. add lemon zest, the eggs and oil. whisk until the mixture gets foamy.
mezclalo bien. añade la ralladura de limón, los huevos y el aceite. bate hasta que la mezcla queda espumosa.
whisk the egg whites until they get white. add sugar and continue beating until they get stiff.
bate las claras de huevo hasta que quedan blancas. agrega el azúcar y sigue batiendo hasta el punto de turrón.
add the whisked egg whites to the poppy seed mixture and fold them in gently.
añade las claras batidas a la mezcla de las semillas de amapola y mezclalas suavemente con espátula.
grease the baking pan with butter and flour it. you can use shredded coconut instead of flour. pour in the batter.
engrasa el molde para hornear con mantequilla y enharinalo. puedes usar coco rallado en lugar de la harina. vierte la mezcla adentro.
bake the cake in a preheated oven (170°C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
hornea el pastel en el horno precalendato (170°C) durante 40 a 50 minutos.

DeleteA keby som znizila mnozstvo cukru na polovici,vadilo by to moc?
ReplyDeletev originalnom recepte bolo 240 g cukru, ja som ubrala 50 gramov a kolacik nebol velmi sladky. prevladala chut maku nad sladkostou. myslim, ze keby tam bolo o polovicu menej cukru uz by to nebolo ono, ale skus :) alebo odobrat este 50 g :)

Deleteparadny kolacik Lubka!!! Ja som uz tiez robila kolaciky bez muky (namiesto muky boli pomlete mandle), no ale tu je to vlastne nahradene makom - no vyborna kombinacia. Receptik sa mi velmi hodi-vdaka!

ReplyDeleteHehe, nasiel som tento super vyzerajuci recept, siel som sa pozriet ako na tu zltu polevu a zrazu slovenska diskusia :) Mozem sa opytat co to je? Mam taky pocit, ze bez toho zlteho navrchu budem o nieco ukrateny. Inak, tie fotky su skvele. Uz sa tesim, kedy tento kolac urobim...
